I got thinking….

I wonder if this medicine that you are taking is really good for you.  Your mother seems to agree.  It has been a about 2 years that you have been taking medicine for ADHD, but I started thinking about again, since you were switched to Vyvanse.  I read all this side effects, and it really makes me worry.  You have to understand Caleb, I think I have taken a total of 20 pills in my life. in other words, I rarely.  Your mom is the opposite, everytime you have a headache, there is a pill coming.  I don’t think a body needs that “help” to get better.  This is why I would prefer you not take any ADHD medicine.  You say you feel better with it, that you can concentrate better, which I believe, but what is going to happen in the future….as a result of this.  Nothing? Hopefully not…I pray nothing!!!

You mean the world to me Caleb, you honestly do…it isn’t just a nice looking statement…I really mean it.  We as parents have to make the right decisions for you, decisions that can and will make an impact on your life.  We have to get it right the first time.

I know God is watching you at all times…I believe in that.
